Pad: Fix `<script>` elements in `aceInitInnerdocbodyHead` hook
...
Using `.innerHTML` to create a `<script>` element does create a DOM
node, but the script is not actually executed. Fortunately, creating a
DocumentFragment does cause the script to execute.
